The original Lacey earrings happened quite by accident. But I'm sure glad they did! This particular pair of Lacey earrings features round purple mystery stones. They are high domed, and although they are a muted purple the still pack quite the punch. The stones sit within a scalloped fine silver bezel, and rest on a sterling silver backer. The bottom edge of the earrings have a scalloped edge with a few holes and dimples nestled in each scallop. Given a rough polish by hand with steel wool, these earrings maintain their lovely patina. The torch balled sterling silver ear wires are comfortable to wear and don't require any sort of ear nut to keep them secure in your ear. For added security you may gently pinch the ear wire together, closing the gap. I have taken great care in creating each and every element of these earrings by hand—zero power tools. They are comfortable to wear, and look beautiful with any outfit, any occasion.
From the top of the ear wires to the bottom of the scallops, these earrings measure approximately 54mm x 23mm. The stones are approximately 14mm in diameter. My makers mark is stamped on the back of each earring.
