Half circles of sterling silver have been heavily hammered, creating deep facets. These half circles have then been riveted—a form of cold connection—to gracefully arcing sterling silver wires. Each rivet has been hand crafted, in sterling silver as well, one at a time. A very meditative process, fabricating the many tiny parts of a whole. Each rivet head holds tiny hammer marks, evidence of their handmade origins.
