What once was the focal point to a huge cocktail ring is now adornment for your neck. Yes, this stone was originally chosen to be in a ring. Sadly, the ring wasn't meant to be. While setting the stone into this necklace the first time, a corner chipped off. Because the stone is so beautiful I couldn't bear to throw it away. The solution was the little leafy swag in the bottom right corner—it covers up the missing corner of the stone. And, because both sides of the stone are equally as amazing I chose to set this stone in just a bezel—open to both sides with no backer.
